Hey, my Lenovo y50-70 has both Intel HD Graphics 4600 and Nvidia GTX 860M and i can't use 4K resolution on it after i reinstalled the PC from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 Pro. I have the same issue with lenovo can be posible to be a motherboard failure if when you reinstall windows all working ok and after you shutdown for more then 1 hour.
