It is spelled Techie'z Toolkit and is full of unpaid for Commercial Software (aka stolen software) and if you received Malware, it was from downloading the illegal CD compilation. Many years ago there used to be a similar CD called "Techie's Toolkit" which was great, but the latest versions are malware loaded. The one I trust most is ubcd4win, but it is not for the faint of heart. There are many freely available "boot cd's" out there that offer the same functionalities: repartitioning, resizing, password recovery.
